The Love Always Letter Experience

The Love Always Letter Experience is a deeply personal storytelling session designed to preserve the words you never want forgotten. Whether written for a newborn, a future husband on your wedding day, a grandchild, a parent or someone held close to your heart, this experience brings your words to life through heartfelt imagery and a cinematic keepsake film your family will treasure for generations.
Every session is personalised to you. Studio or outdoors, intimate or expansive, guided gently from start to finish so all you need to do is show up and feel it.

– Up to 60 minute storytelling session
– Cinematic keepsake film (approx. 50 to 90 seconds)
– 5 high resolution digital images
– Guided prompts to help you find your words
– Private online gallery delivery
Please note:
The Love Always Letter Experience is available as a standalone mini session or as an add-on alongside any Emberwood newborn, maternity, wedding or family session. Sessions are focused and intentional by design, delivering a cinematic keepsake film and a beautiful collection of images centred around your words and your story.
The First Year Story
An introductory investment, available for a limited time.
The days are long but the year is impossibly short and Some stories cannot be told in a single session.
The First Year Story was created for families who want every chapter of their baby's first year preserved. Not just the newborn days and the first birthday, but all the quiet, beautiful moments in between. The first smiles. The sitting up. The personality beginning to shine.
Five mini sessions spread across your baby's entire first year, each one documented with care and delivered as a beautiful collection of images and film.
Includes:
– Newborn mini session — 5 images and a cinematic keepsake film (approx. 50 to 90 seconds)
– 3 month mini session — 5 images
– 6 month mini session — 5 images
– 9 month mini session — 5 images
– First birthday mini session — 8 images and a cinematic keepsake film (approx. 50 to 90 seconds)
– 28 images and 2 cinematic films across your baby's entire first year

The First Year Story is a mini session experience designed to document your baby's journey across the year.
It is available alongside full newborn sessions, which remain available separately and complement this collection beautifully.
Cakes are supplied by families due to allergy and dietary considerations. Simple balloon garland styling is included, with bespoke themed styling available as an optional upgrade.
Every story is beautifully unique. Additional images and bespoke upgrades are available to personalise your experience. If you have a vision close to your heart, I would love to create something meaningful together.

From image upgrades to handcrafted albums, fine art prints, and bespoke wall pieces, every addition is designed with the same care and attention as your session itself. Following your viewing gallery, you’ll be invited to select your included images and explore any enhancements you wish to add. Creating a beautifully considered collection that reflects your family and the moments you’ll treasure most.

Some moments are too meaningful to trust to memory alone. Through photographs, movement and the words held closest to your heart, these stories become a timeless reminder of not only how life looked in this season, but how deeply it was loved.
The Process
OUR JOURNEY TOGETHER
1.Book & Prepare
Once you have chosen your experience, your session date is secured with a $250 non-refundable booking fee and completed booking forms. From there I will be in touch to confirm all the details and answer any questions you may have, ensuring you feel supported and fully prepared ahead of your session so you can arrive and simply enjoy the moment.
2.the session
As your session approaches, I’ll be in touch to confirm final details, including timing and any weather considerations. On the day, your experience is calm, unhurried, and guided with care. The remaining balance is due seven days prior to your session, allowing you to arrive fully present and enjoy the moment.
3.Gallery Viewing & Selection
The most exciting part; your private online viewing gallery is delivered within 2–3 weeks of your session. You’ll be invited to select the images included in your collection, with the option to upgrade if you wish. Each image is then carefully refined in line with the Emberwood aesthetic.
4.Final Delivery
Once your selections are complete, your final images are lovingly prepared and delivered via digital download. Any printed artwork or keepsakes are ordered with care, and additional prints or products can be purchased; allowing you to create a collection that feels beautifully complete.
