A Gentle Timing Note
Celebrations rarely unfold exactly to schedule, and sometimes the most meaningful moments happen unexpectedly. If your event requires a little additional time on the day, this can absolutely be arranged and will always be discussed with you first.
Coverage within 30km of Oran Park is included. Travel beyond this distance may incur a small travel fee.

Each Emberwood collection may be thoughtfully tailored to suit your vision. From handcrafted albums to fine art prints and bespoke wall pieces, every addition is designed with the same care and intention as your wedding coverage itself.
Your images are delivered as a carefully curated gallery, thoughtfully edited and selected to reflect your day as it naturally unfolded. Should you wish to preserve your photographs beyond the digital space, you’ll have the opportunity to explore heirloom-quality print and album options following delivery creating a beautifully considered collection of memories to treasure for years to come.
The Process
OUR JOURNEY TOGETHER
1.Book & Prepare
Once you have chosen your experience, your session date is secured with a $250 non-refundable booking fee and completed booking forms. From there I will be in touch to confirm all the details and answer any questions you may have, ensuring you feel supported and fully prepared ahead of your session so you can arrive and simply enjoy the moment.
2.final details & preperation
As your event approaches, I’ll check in to confirm timing, location, and any important moments you’d love documented. The remaining balance is due seven days prior, so everything is taken care of before the celebration begins.
3.curation & editing
Following your event, your images are carefully curated and hand-edited as a complete collection. Each photograph is refined in line with the Emberwood aesthetic, focusing on genuine interactions, natural expressions, and the atmosphere of your celebration.
4.Final Delivery
Your final gallery is delivered via digital download, allowing you to relive the moments from your celebration with ease. Fine art prints are available following delivery for those who wish to preserve their memories in a tangible way.
