Celebration coverage is designed for intimate gatherings and relaxed moments rather than a full traditional reception.
Emberwood specialises in intimate elopements and small ceremonies of up to 20 guests. For full wedding coverage please get in touch for a bespoke quote. Additional coverage is available beyond your selected package. Please enquire for pricing as rates vary depending on your collection and requirements. Travel beyond Emberwood's local area may incur a travel fee. Larger celebrations or bespoke timeline requirements are warmly welcomed and a customised quote will be provided to suit your vision.

Your images are delivered as a carefully curated gallery, thoughtfully edited and selected to reflect your day as it naturally unfolded. Should you wish to preserve your photographs beyond the digital space, you’ll have the opportunity to explore heirloom-quality print and album options following delivery creating a beautifully considered collection of memories to treasure for years to come.
The Process
OUR JOURNEY TOGETHER
1.Book & Prepare
Once you have chosen your experience, your session date is secured with a $300 non-refundable booking fee and completed booking forms. From there I will be in touch to confirm all the details and answer any questions you may have, ensuring you feel supported and fully prepared ahead of your session so you can arrive and simply enjoy the moment.
2.final details & preperation
As your wedding day approaches, I’ll be in touch to confirm final details, including timing, locations, and any weather considerations. This ensures everything feels considered and unhurried ahead of your celebration.
The remaining balance is due seven days prior to your wedding, allowing you to arrive fully present and enjoy the day knowing everything is taken care of.
3.curation & editing
Following your wedding day, your images are carefully curated and hand-edited as a complete collection, focusing on the moments, emotions, and subtle in-between details that define your day. Each image is refined in line with the Emberwood aesthetic, creating a cohesive, timeless gallery that reflects how your wedding naturally unfolded.
4.Final Delivery
Once editing is complete, your final gallery is delivered via digital download. Any heirloom albums, fine art prints, or bespoke keepsakes are then lovingly designed and ordered, allowing you to preserve your wedding story in a tangible and lasting way.
