Emberwood Mini Sessions are limited-edition experiences, offered only at select times throughout the year for special occasions such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and Christmas.
These are not standard family sessions.
Each mini is thoughtfully styled, gently guided, and designed to capture refined, natural connection in a short and seamless experience. Sessions are limited, exclusive, and available only while dates last.

Emberwood Mini Sessions are thoughtfully curated seasonal experiences, released throughout the year to celebrate different moments, moods and milestones. Each offering is designed around a unique theme and styled setting, creating a beautiful opportunity to capture a small slice of your story without the commitment of a full session.

– 5 carefully curated, high-resolution digital images
– A specially styled studio set created for the occasion

Each Emberwood collection may be thoughtfully tailored to suit your vision. From image upgrades to handcrafted albums, fine art prints, and bespoke wall pieces, every addition is designed with the same care and attention as your session itself. Following your viewing gallery, you’ll be invited to select your included images and explore any enhancements you wish to add. Creating a beautifully considered collection that reflects your family and the moments you’ll treasure most.
The Process
OUR JOURNEY TOGETHER
1.Book & Prepare
Once you’ve chosen your experience, your session date is secured with a 20% non-refundable retainer and completed booking forms. From there, I’ll be in touch to confirm the details and answer any questions you may have, ensuring you feel supported and prepared ahead of your session so everything unfolds with ease.
2.the session
As your session approaches, I’ll be in touch to confirm final details, including timing and any weather considerations. On the day, your experience is calm, unhurried, and guided with care. The remaining balance is due seven days prior to your session, allowing you to arrive fully present and enjoy the moment.
3.Gallery Viewing & Selection
The most exciting part; your private online viewing gallery is delivered within 2–3 weeks of your session. You’ll be invited to select the images included in your collection, with the option to upgrade if you wish. Each image is then carefully refined in line with the Emberwood aesthetic.
4.Final Delivery
Once your selections are complete, your final images are lovingly prepared and delivered via digital download. Any printed artwork or keepsakes are ordered with care, and additional prints or products can be purchased; allowing you to create a collection that feels beautifully complete.
