And because the last thing on your mind right now is figuring out what to wear, the Emberwood client wardrobe has you covered. A curated collection of luxe, flowing pieces selected to photograph beautifully, available at no extra cost.
What you leave with is more than photographs. It is a collection of keepsakes, images and heirloom pieces designed to be held, displayed and revisited for the rest of your lives.
Three collections are available below. Each one is all-inclusive with no session fees, no hidden costs and no surprises.

The Simple Collection
Those first few days go faster than anyone warns you. This is a simple, unhurried session for you, your partner, and your brand new baby. Soft wrapped and posed, kept simple and beautiful. No big setups, no chaos, just the three of you and the beginning of everything.

The Essentials Collection
Everything you need to hold onto this season forever. A focused studio session with beautiful images to keep on your phone and two fine art prints to hold in your hands. Simple, complete, and exactly enough.

The Signature Collection
For the families who know they'll want to look back on this time again and again. Signature gives you a full gallery of 40 images, 40 lustre prints housed in a timber keepsake box, and a short film that captures the feeling of these early days in a way photos alone can't. This is the one most families choose, and it's easy to see why.

This is the complete Emberwood experience. A gallery of 60 or more images, a handcrafted album, a framed fine art print, a keepsake USB, and a cinematic film of 60 to 90 seconds that will make you cry every single time you watch it. Priority editing means you won't be waiting long either. For families who want everything, this is everything.

Artwork credits are redeemable toward additional physical artwork or a full digital collection upgrade, with a minimum order value of $150 (Essentials), $300 (Signature) or $400 (Heirloom). Credits cannot be applied to session fees or future bookings. Credits are valid for 6 months from gallery delivery date, form part of your selected collection, hold no cash value and cannot be transferred, exchanged or deducted from collection pricing.
Package Enhancements
Each Emberwood collection may be thoughtfully tailored to suit your vision. From additional images and handcrafted albums to fine art prints and bespoke wall pieces, every addition is designed with the same care and attention as your session itself. Following your viewing gallery, you’ll be invited to select your included images and explore any enhancements you wish to add, creating a beautifully considered collection that reflects your family and the moments you’ll treasure most.
The Process
OUR JOURNEY TOGETHER
1.Book & Prepare
Once you have chosen your experience, your session date is secured with a $250 non-refundable booking fee and completed booking forms. From there I will be in touch to confirm all the details and answer any questions you may have, ensuring you feel supported and fully prepared ahead of your session so you can arrive and simply enjoy the moment.
2.the session
As your session approaches, I’ll be in touch to confirm final details, including timing and any weather considerations. On the day, your experience is calm, unhurried, and guided with care. The remaining balance is due seven days prior to your session, allowing you to arrive fully present and enjoy the moment.
3.Gallery Viewing & Selection
The most exciting part; your private online viewing gallery is delivered within 2–3 weeks of your session. You’ll be invited to select the images included in your collection, with the option to upgrade if you wish. Each image is then carefully refined in line with the Emberwood aesthetic.
4.Final Delivery
Once your selections are complete, your final images are lovingly prepared and delivered via digital download. Any printed artwork or keepsakes are ordered with care, and additional prints or products can be purchased; allowing you to create a collection that feels beautifully complete.
