Your Emberwood session is softly guided and entirely child-led. There is no rushing, no pressure and no frustration when little ones do what little ones do. I work at your baby's pace, capturing the real moments as they unfold naturally.
Every session is thoughtfully styled using Emberwood's curated collection of timeless props, soft textured backdrops, beautiful wraps and age appropriate styling pieces. Nothing overdone. Nothing that will feel dated in five years. Just a calm, beautifully considered setting that keeps the focus exactly where it belongs. On your baby and everything they have become.

The Essentials Collection
A beautifully simple celebration of your little one, whether they are diving into their very first cake or discovering the world from a whole new perspective as they find their sit. Sweet, simple and perfectly them.

The Signature Collection
For families who want more than just beautiful images. Signature captures every joyful messy moment or every sweet curious expression through imagery and tangible keepsakes designed to be held and revisited for years to come.

– 30 high resolution digital images
– Full balloon garland in your chosen colour palette (Cake Smash) or fully styled studio setup (Sitter Session)

The Heirloom Collection
The complete Emberwood milestone experience. A fully themed celebration or a beautifully curated studio story, every tiny detail of this season preserved through imagery and a cinematic film built to last generations.
Choose from our collection of beautiful signature themes for your cake smash, each thoughtfully styled and ready to bring your vision to life. For fully bespoke or custom themes, additional styling fees may apply. For sitter sessions, your studio styling will be thoughtfully curated to suit your little one perfectly.

A Note About Cake Smash Sessions
To ensure your little one's safety and comfort, families are asked to provide a cake they are familiar with. This allows you to choose something that suits any dietary requirements, allergies or preferences specific to your baby. We recommend bringing a cake your little one has already tried
so nothing is unfamiliar on the day.
Custom or heavily themed setups requiring specific props, signage or styling beyond Emberwood's curated collection may require a bespoke package. Please mention any specific themes at enquiry and we will do our best to create something beautiful together.
Artwork Credit Conditions
Artwork credits are redeemable toward additional physical artwork or a full digital collection upgrade, with a minimum order value of $150 (Essentials), $200 (Signature) or $300 (Heirloom). Credits cannot be applied to session fees or future bookings. Credits are valid for 6 months from gallery delivery date, form part of your selected collection, hold no cash value and cannot be transferred, exchanged or deducted from collection pricing.
Package Enhancements
Each Emberwood collection may be thoughtfully tailored to suit your vision. From image upgrades to handcrafted albums, fine art prints, and bespoke wall pieces, every addition is designed with the same care and attention as your session itself. Following your viewing gallery, you’ll be invited to select your included images and explore any enhancements you wish to add. Creating a beautifully considered collection that reflects your family and the moments you’ll treasure most.
The Process
OUR JOURNEY TOGETHER
1.Book & Prepare
Once you have chosen your experience, your session date is secured with a $250 non-refundable booking fee and completed booking forms. From there I will be in touch to confirm all the details and answer any questions you may have, ensuring you feel supported and fully prepared ahead of your session so you can arrive and simply enjoy the moment.
2.the session
As your session approaches, I’ll be in touch to confirm final details, including timing and any weather considerations. On the day, your experience is calm, unhurried, and guided with care. The remaining balance is due seven days prior to your session, allowing you to arrive fully present and enjoy the moment.
3.Gallery Viewing & Selection
The most exciting part; your private online viewing gallery is delivered within 2–3 weeks of your session. You’ll be invited to select the images included in your collection, with the option to upgrade if you wish. Each image is then carefully refined in line with the Emberwood aesthetic.
4.Final Delivery
Once your selections are complete, your final images are lovingly prepared and delivered via digital download. Any printed artwork or keepsakes are ordered with care, and additional prints or products can be purchased; allowing you to create a collection that feels beautifully complete.
