Your Emberwood session is not about standing still and smiling at a camera. It is about moving, playing, being yourselves and letting the real moments happen. I will guide you gently through the session but what you will feel is anything but posed.
Sessions are held at locations that feel meaningful to you. Whether that is a favourite local spot, your family home or somewhere that holds a special place in your story, I work across the Macarthur region and can suggest locations I know and love if you need inspiration.
These are the photographs you will print, frame and pass down. The ones your children will show their children one day.
Three collections are available below. Each one is all-inclusive with no session fees, no hidden costs and no surprises.
The Essentials Collection
A beautifully relaxed portrait session for families, couples and individuals wanting a meaningful collection of images and a timeless keepsake to treasure.
Includes:
– Session typically 45 minutes
– 20 high resolution digital images
– 1 matted 8×10 fine art print
– Partners, children and pets welcome
– $50 Artwork Credit
The Signature Collection
For families and couples wanting more than photographs. Signature preserves your connection and the moments between you through imagery, film and tangible keepsakes.
Includes:
– Session typically 60 minutes
– 40 high resolution digital images
– 2 luxe matted 8×10 fine art prints
– Partners, children and pets welcome
– $100 Artwork Credit
The Heirloom Collection
The complete Emberwood portrait experience. Every candid, every connection and every quiet moment preserved through imagery, film and handcrafted keepsakes built to last generations.
Includes:
– Session typically 90 minutes
– Full edited gallery of 60+ images, delivered in colour and black & white
– 30 professional 5×7 lustre prints in a timber keepsake box
– Keepsake USB
– Extended Cinematic Film (45 to 60 sec)
– Priority editing and delivery
– Partners, children and pets welcome
– $150 Artwork Credit
Artwork credits are redeemable toward additional physical artwork or a full digital collection upgrade, with a minimum order value of $150 (Essentials), $300 (Signature) or $400 (Heirloom). Credits cannot be applied to session fees or future bookings. Credits are valid for 6 months from gallery delivery date, form part of your selected collection, hold no cash value and cannot be transferred, exchanged or deducted from collection pricing.
Larger Family Gatherings
For the bigger moments when everyone needs to be in the same frame. Grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins and everyone in between, gathered together and preserved beautifully.
Because some moments only happen once and they deserve to be remembered properly.

– Session typically 75 minutes
– 40 high resolution digital images
– Up to 10 people included
– Additional people at $35 per person
– Multiple family groupings and combinations
– Outdoor location session
– Pre session styling guidance
Optional Highlight Film add on available for $150
Beach and coastal location sessions are available and may incur a small travel fee depending on location.
Groups larger than 15 people may require additional time and a bespoke quote.
Package Enhancements
Each Emberwood collection may be thoughtfully tailored to suit your vision. From image upgrades to handcrafted albums, fine art prints, and bespoke wall pieces, every addition is designed with the same care and attention as your session itself. Following your viewing gallery, you’ll be invited to select your included images and explore any enhancements you wish to add. Creating a beautifully considered collection that reflects your family and the moments you’ll treasure most.
The Process
OUR JOURNEY TOGETHER
1.Book & Prepare
Once you have chosen your experience, your session date is secured with a $250 non-refundable booking fee and completed booking forms. From there I will be in touch to confirm all the details and answer any questions you may have, ensuring you feel supported and fully prepared ahead of your session so you can arrive and simply enjoy the moment.
2.the session
As your session approaches, I’ll be in touch to confirm final details, including timing and any weather considerations. On the day, your experience is calm, unhurried, and guided with care. The remaining balance is due seven days prior to your session, allowing you to arrive fully present and enjoy the moment.
3.Gallery Viewing & Selection
The most exciting part; your private online viewing gallery is delivered within 2–3 weeks of your session. You’ll be invited to select the images included in your collection, with the option to upgrade if you wish. Each image is then carefully refined in line with the Emberwood aesthetic.
4.Final Delivery
Once your selections are complete, your final images are lovingly prepared and delivered via digital download. Any printed artwork or keepsakes are ordered with care, and additional prints or products can be purchased; allowing you to create a collection that feels beautifully complete.
